Nahal Zohar: An easy hiking tour combining magical scenery with history .The route begins with a steep descent and then continues along the watercourse of Nahal Zohar between the chalky hills and thorny acacia trees. The hike takes about 3 hours. Ein Gedi National Park: Here the route takes us along two streams where water flaws all year around: Nahal David and Nahal Arugot .The stark contrast between the distressed and arid Dead Sea valley and the flowing fresh-water areas from underground springs creates a noteworthy difference in fauna and flora, all of which can be seen while travelling around. The Promenade: A 3- kilometers trail connects Ein Bokek and Neve Zohar.Hiking along the promenade , at sunrise, sunset, or anytime in between enables one to enjoy the wild beauty of the Moab mountains with their frequently changing colors, the salt ststues along the sea , the fresh air and clear blue skies, The eyes of the world are on the Dead Sea and the Israeli Ministry of Tourism is working hard to promote it as your next travelling destination. |
